Saad Mouasher

Currently the Chairman of Jordan Ahli Bank, Saad has spent almost two decades of his career developing the banking sector with his extensive expertise in Business Transformation, Change Management, Strategic Planning, Entrepreneurship, Technology Innovation, and Governance Reform. Saad’s passion is to build a true ‘shared value’ vision for Ahli Bank that embraces innovation, social impact and holistic stakeholder value creation. Mr. Mouasher is also Managing Partner of AlNabil – a private, holding company with diversified investment interests in financial services, food & hospitality, and manufacturing industries.


Mr. Mouasher is a Fellow of the Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. Saad is also a member of Endeavor Venture Corps as well as the Young Presidents Organization. In addition, he is an active mentor and startup investor, and focuses particularly on global, innovation driven startups and business with positive and disruptive industry potential.


Saad is also a founder and active board member in many non-profit organizations, including: The Queen Rania Foundation for Education Reform, The Jordan Strategy Forum, Naua (the region’s first social impact platform focusing on philanthropy and volunteerism), and Endeavor Jordan.


Saad earned his BA in Economics from Northwestern University, and his MBA from Stanford University.
