Salim Karadsheh is currently the CEO of Fine Hygienic Holding (FHH) – the main pillar of Nuqul Group - one of the Middle East’s leading industrial conglomerates and manufacturers of hygienic paper products.

Mr. Karadsheh’s work experience involves all aspects of managing an industrial firm, setting and executing strategies, creating and building brands and organizing 5000 employees in 18 markets in the MENA region. Mr. Karadsheh has participated and led in the creation of several companies in Jordan and elsewhere. His work experience was earned at Fine starting in the technical field, as a project engineer and finally as Fine’s first CEO upon separating ownership from management late in 2004, upon which he completed the institutionalization and governance building of FHH.

Salim is a member in the Association of Jordanian Engineers, is a Board of Directors member in FHH, Nuqul Automotive, Board Member of INJAZ, a member of the Board of Trustees in Ibn Rushd National School, a PTA member in Montessori School, a member of Baccalaureate School Endowment Fund, and a board member in Al Azhar Association.

Mr. Karadsheh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bath, UK.
